Greg Mellinger - CEO
Mr. Mellinger is the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Partner, and Founder of ComplianceQuest Partners and its affiliate HighQuest Partners, LLC . Mr. Mellinger works with ComplianceQuest's Fortune and Global 500 manufacturing, industrial conglomerate, banking, asset management, insurance, and financial service clients to help envision new strategies and achieve key business goals related to corporate governance and compliance. Mr. Mellinger oversees ComplianceQuest Partners' consulting, marketing, and back office operations to ensure high client satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
Prior to founding ComplianceQuest Partners, Mr. Mellinger served in senior executive capacities at two other large Northeast-based consulting firms (PRT Group and RCM Technologies) specializing in business reengineering, outsourcing, and application development solutions for Fortune and Global 500 corporations. During that time, Mr. Mellinger developed and led novel consulting practices of several hundred consulting professionals. His primary responsibilities included leading large consulting practices, driving the M&A function, and overseeing firm wide shared service operations.
Prior to consulting, Mr. Mellinger was an infantry officer in the US Army stationed in Fort Lewis, Washington and at Fort Benning, Georgia. Mr. Mellinger has also served as a Board and Advisory Committee member of several large publicly traded and privately held organizations. Mr. Mellinger received a BS in European History from The United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y.
Thomas Bartlett - COO
Mr. Bartlett is the Chief Operating Officer and a Partner at ComplianceQuest Partners. He has successfully led numerous compliance and corporate governance projects for major U.S. and multinational organizations. His professional focus is in the development of compliance and ethics policies and procedures, automation of compliance and supervisory processes and tools, public crisis and emergency planning, and training development and delivery. He has an in-depth understanding of laws, regulations and best practices for the insurance and investment industry. He has developed or contributed to several major companies' compliance policy and ethics manuals.
Prior to joining ComplianceQuest Partners, Mr. Bartlett accumulated 27 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries. His previous work included positions in regulatory compliance, risk management, and training for a major US-based insurance and financial services company, in both regional and corporate positions.
Mr. Bartlett holds and an MBA from LaSalle University and a BA from Drew University. He holds the Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI). Mr. Bartlett has also passed the uniform CPA examinations but does not practice.
Pamela Metrione - Director
Ms. Metrione is a Director at ComplianceQuest Partners. She has worked with U.S. and multinational clients helping them in the development of compliance and ethics polices and procedures, public crisis and emergency planning, business continuity and controls identification and assessment.
Prior to joining ComplianceQuest, Ms. Metrione had over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal audit, business continuity, records management, and human resources.
Ms. Metrione received her Masters in Accounting from DePaul University and a BS in Chemistry and Marketing from Indiana University. She also holds the Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.
Chris Erickson - CFO
Mr. Erickson is a Director at ComplianceQuest Partners. His responsibilities include managing the firm's Operations, Finances and Human Resources. Mr. Erickson also serves as CFO of ComplianceQuest's affiliate company, HighQuest Partners, LLC.
Prior to joining ComplianceQuest Partners, Mr. Erickson worked for Abbott Labs in sales and sales management positions. Before joining Abbott Mr. Erickson served four years in the US Army as an armor officer assigned to the 3rd Infantry Division. He held various direct leadership roles as a Platoon Leader and Executive Officer. Before leaving the service, Mr. Erickson was assigned as the Senior Logistics Officer of a tank battalion, with direct oversight of the budget and all non-combat resources.
Mr. Erickson received his MBA from Georgia Southern University and B.S. in Marketing from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
